Kaz himself last year said that the PS3 is a loss leader, meaning that with every PS3 sold they lose money. The money is made back, however, with profits from peripherals (uh, the PSEye...and ...bluetooth headsets???), games (Sony is consistently behind MS when it comes to multiplat sales...Red Dead, Fallout 3, MW2), and online marketplace fees (again, MS's yearly requirement for a paid subscription trumps anything that Sony can try to sell on PSN).
MS really hit the g...
lol according to....The Reputation Institute...? lmao
I'll stick with Consumer Reports, thx.
Uh, forgot Custer's Revenge...

Why the disagrees? I just posted a link to an article proving the successful sales of Alan Wake in Europe.
Stealth disagrees are unbecoming of N4G...
Hehe, I like when he's talking about camping behind the clown and that it's a good spot, then it shows him knifing a camper that's standing behind the clown in the very next segment... nice
Alan Wake sales are just horrible

Anything else?
It just gets better and better...
I actually have been a bit disappointed with the game. I wanted it to be so good, but since I picked it up yesterday I've been a little bored. The gunplay seems simplistic and there's a lot of just open land that you run though, but not in the Fallout 3 kind of way, just in an endless expanse of desert kind of way. I dunno, maybe I just need it to grow on me...
Honestly, it just reminds me of how amazing Fallout 3 is, even today...
That's what a big chunk of the video is about. That the market isn't as interested in developing companies' ability to produce amazing graphics (which would be the jobs of Nvidia and ATI), but that they're leaning more towards how games are distributed. I think his angle is that Steam has really shown what is possible for the distribution of games and its popularity has grown exponentially.
He sees it as something to establish a gaming market on...which ma...
Wow, i thought this was a Nintendo exclusive franchise...
Mods, how is this comment still here and yet productive comments are being labeled as Trolling and Spam?
This site has gotten WAY out of hand.
lol, so if i build a console at home and have a stock of 2, and am able to sell them, that makes them popular?
It's a case of pure market ignorance on sony's part. Meet the damn need!
I think this is an exciting prospect for the Army. What's encouraging is that they're exploring a more natural interface that would cut back on expensive training. That's actually exciting when you consider how the Army could implement this...
But they tend to follow each other like sheep...
PC Gamers owe so much to Gabe for what he's done for gaming. I'm a console gamer, and I don't claim to know as much about gaming as PC gamers.
They know better. Which is why they don't chime in to websites like N4G and show their console vaginas.
FIX THE ONE MAN ARMY CHEAPNESS! It's ruining my fun!!!!!!!
Hehe, the demo was actually pretty fun. Might get if it ever sees the bin...
My my...isn't this that site that posted the MW2 pics and reversed the labels? uh ohhhhh
That's what the person who wrote the article said. MS doesn't say they're "hopeful" of anything, but that they'd like to showcase a space at TGS.
They should change the name of N4G to N4LG (News for LITERATE gamers)
no one has said ANYTHING
paranoia has gotten the better of you
